ABOUT ME
I’m Charlie Luttrell, a current graduate student at the University of Southern Mississippi, earning my master’s degrees in Sport Management and Business Administration.

Before my current role as a graduate assistant sports information director for Southern Miss Athletics, I earned my bachelor's degree in journalism from USM, where I spent four years immersed in multimedia storytelling. I started as a photographer for the Southern Miss Student Media Center, later becoming sports editor and eventually Executive Director. Along the way, I co-founded the 4th Street Sports Show, a radio show and podcast, serving as its producer and social media manager for over two years. These experiences shaped my passion for media, storytelling, and the world of sports.
.
Outside of work, I’m often behind a camera, capturing Mississippi’s landscapes and wildlife—or wherever my travels take me. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at a game cheering on my favorite teams, on a hiking trail, or cooking at home.
